Are you stressed by work and the little worries of everyday life?
To combat stress, the effective trick is to take a good baking soda bath.
You will have understood that I do not advise you to take a bath instead of a shower and even less every day!
But when you want to relax after difficult times, add 2 glasses of baking soda to your bath. It's effective and cheap :
1. Run a warm bath.
2. Add 2 cups baking soda in the bath
3. Relax in your bath for 30 min.
Bicarbonate has the property of relaxing the body and reduce the stress accumulated by a hard day's work.
It is soothing and in addition it softens the skin!

If I have lavender essential oil in the house, I take this opportunity to add a few drops in my bath. It has soothing virtues and, in addition, helps to sleep .
