1. I put together 3 stabilizers of different colors
2. I define the main categories that I want to differentiate for my organization.
3. I surround each scheduled task with a different color, predefined beforehand.
4. I have a global vision of my agenda which allows me to find my way more easily in my daily organization.
It's easy, practical and above all super effective!
I spot my appointments and daily tasks in the blink of an eye and easily manage my priorities. And, I assure you, it works! My agenda is stabilized every week and it's a real pleasure for my everyday organization.
