Is there mold in your washing machine?
The machine that molds... it happens often, because there is always water that stagnates after a wash.
As a result, your machine's seal turns black due to standing water and it ends up smelling bad.
This is true both on a window machine, frontal and on a machine with an opening on the top.
Fortunately, there is a trick to clean the washing machine seal, remove bad odors and clean the washing machine:
Contents
1. Take a thick cloth and soak it in a mixture of 50% bleach and 50% hot water. Unfortunately, white vinegar is not strong enough.
2. Put on household gloves and rub the rubber gasket with the rag. Remember to pull the seal well to access all the corners, where the mold hides.
3. If any mildew remains on the gasket, re-dip the rag in the bleach and hot water mixture and place it inside the gasket. Leave to rest for at least 30 min as below:
4. Remove the rag and finish cleaning the grout with an old toothbrush dipped in the mixture.
5. Now wipe the rubber gasket and cuff with a clean, dry cloth until no residue remains.
There you go, the washing machine seal is all clean :-)
