1. Cut out the paper and image(s) to fit inside the hole in the belt buckle. Blank paper pasted inside the buckle..
2. Decide on the location and paste the images in place.
3. Using jewelry glue and a toothpick, adhere the rhinestones in a decorative pattern.
4. Add glitter to a small amount of decoupage medium and brush on the images and rhinestones. Work carefully to keep the media in the belt buckle well. Let dry overnight, or longer if necessary.
5. Decorate the belt with leather paintings and attach the buckle to the belt.
