When looking to furnish, there are two options. Either we go to IKEA, or we won the lottery, or our mother is a trader in the city and we go to trendy shops. Now there is a third option. You can go to Opendesk. There we find a whole bunch of designer creations, put online as part of the creative commons. Clearly the creator retains the parenthood of his creation, but he leaves everyone the right to use it.
Once on the Opendesk site, several options are available to us. When we have found a piece of furniture that we like, we can download the cutting plan and the assembly plan. There, if our dad and a handyman, it's bingo. All you have to do is give him the plans for him to make the furniture. If you are not a do-it-yourselfer, you can also find a craftsman near you who will make the furniture or cut it. You can find them everywhere in France. So we relocate production, it's eco-responsible and it allows you to have a piece of furniture that you won't find in all your girlfriends.
