We Westerners have an "empty fridge" phobia.
If it isn't full, it means we don't have any money...
If we don't have a penny... It's not full!
Enough to tear your hair out!
While there are many households that end up throwing away food that will not have held up. By being well organized and with a bit of logic we can avoid this waste of food and energy. Here's how.
So, as we track down the slightest source of waste, know that an overfilled fridge consumes a lot more energy to keep all this mass of food cool.
Quite logical in fact, avoiding storing too much food in my refrigerator , the air circulates correctly in the device, and it works optimally.
I save energy and of course my electricity bill goes down! It's not too hard to save money with this simple trick.
Last advantage of this thing:it's always easier to find what I'm looking for in a fridge when it's not too full.
