Here is my secret to recovering a burned pan with baking soda.

Because I often forget my stainless steel saucepan on the stove!

What you need

- baking soda

- white vinegar

- water

- sponge

How to

1. Sprinkle the bottom of the pan with a thick layer of baking soda.

2. Add a little water.

3. Stir to form a paste.

4. Put the pan back on the heat and boil for 3 min.

5. Leave to cool.

6. Add the white vinegar and let it foam.

7. Rub the bottom of the pan with the sponge to remove burnt residue.

8. Rinse with clean water.
